One Stop Express Student Services Center
A new era of customer service for students begins today with the opening of our One Stop Express Student Services center.
I encourage you to become familiar with One Stop so you can direct our students for service.
One Stop brings together most enrollment, registration, financial aid, and payment services into one location staffed by counselors and equipped with the latest technology.
Rather than having to call or visit three offices, students can now get most of the help they need from One Stop.
Students can access One Stop by phone at 974-1111 or online at onestop.utk.edu.
They also may visit the high-tech, paperless One Stop center on the ground floor of John C. Hodges Library, which will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. There, students will sign in at a kiosk and receive help completing their transactions online or meet one-on-one with well-trained customer representatives.
The offices of the registrar, bursar, and financial aid and scholarships remain open to support the center and to perform other functions, including more extensive financial aid counseling, classroom scheduling, Banner management, graduation application processing, academic calendar development, central cashiering, and federal and state scholarships and grants processing. Faculty and staff will continue to deal directly with the offices of the registrar, bursar, and financial aid and scholarships for most of their business.
By making students’ business transactions with the university quicker, more convenient, and more efficient, One Stop is an important piece of our Top 25 effort to support student success.
