It has come to my attention that there is some confusion regarding the conversion of salaries from 9-month to 12-month, and from 12-month to 9-month.

Effective immediately for all new appointments the conversion factors are as follows:

Conversion of a 9-month salary to a 12-month salary: 1.33 Conversion of a 12-month salary to a 9-month salary: 0.75

This policy will have no effect on previous salary agreements reached with different conversion factors.
