Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Fifth-Year Interim Report Resources
The Fifth-Year Interim Report for Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) Accreditation updates the status of the university with regards to 15 standards. It is sometimes referred to as an "abbreviated" report; however, it is only abbreviated in the sense that the report is for only 15 of the 33 standards. The information provided must be complete, demonstrate compliance, and provide concrete examples of how the institution complies with the accreditation standards. Think of this report as similar to a mid-cycle academic program review.
The documents below are intended to provide information on what is expected from the various units within the University of Tennessee as the university prepares to submit its report by the March 1, 2011 deadline. Units that will need these documents are located on the Knoxville-area (System Office, UTK, UTIA, UTIPS), Memphis, and Tullahoma campuses.
Fifth-Year Interim Report Information contains information related to what needs to be done, the timeline, and directions on how to retrieve reports from the UT intranet. No data can be uploaded to the former SACS Accreditation website.
