Parking Information

To receive parking validation, attendees should park in the Locust Street Parking Garage (located across from the YMCA). Since last year’s retreat, the Locust Street Parking Garage has installed a car counting system posted at each entrance. Once the garage is full, the sign will change and the garage will no longer dispense tickets. If the Locust Street Parking Garage fills to capacity, attendees may then park in Market Square Parking Garage. Attendees should present their parking tickets for the Locust Street (or Market Square) Parking Garage during registration to receive validation stickers. Click for directions to these parking garages.

Please note that if both of these garages are full, we are unable to validate parking for surrounding lots and garages. You will need to request petty cash reimbursement from your department.

The Knoxville Trolley is also available at no cost to attendees. The Orange Line runs on a 15-minute frequency route from 7:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. on our retreat date. Click for a map of the trolley’s route and stops.
