All faculty and postdoctoral scholars are invited to attend an informal luncheon and meet-and-greet session with the head coaches. This special event will take place on Thursday, October 12, in the Wolf-Kaplan Hospitality Center of Neyland Stadium. Lunch will be served beginning at 11:30 a.m., followed by a brief program and meet-and-greet portion with coaches from 12–1 p.m.
The Knoxville Photo Booth Company will be present to take pictures of attendees at field level, featuring the Jumbotron in the background. Attendees will receive a printed keepsake and digital file.
Note: Due to the nature of this event, this invitation is limited to faculty and postdoctoral scholars only.
Entry: Please enter at Gate 21A on Phillip Fulmer Way, where you will see additional directions to the event.
Parking: Parking is available in the G10 parking garage, with a valid UT permit, from 11:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. only.
