Mike Wirth, dean of the College of Communication and Information for the past 15 years, will step down as dean and return to the faculty this fall. To honor his contributions to the college and the university, the Office of the Provost will host a reception on May 13 from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. in the Tennessee Terrace of Neyland Stadium, with a brief program to begin at 5:15 p.m. Safety measures will be observed, including wearing masks and remaining six feet apart.
