Dr. Patrick Biddix Named Associate Vice Provost for Student Success and Executive Director of the QEP

Dr. Patrick Biddix has accepted an offer to serve a 12-month appointment as Associate Vice Provost for Student Success and Executive Director of the QEPDr. Biddix most recently served as a Professor of Higher Education and the Director of Research and Assessment for the Division of Student Success. He will begin his role on July 1

This position will play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of undergraduate scholars at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

On May 1, Provost and Senior Vice Chancellor John Zomchick announced the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP): Foundations for Learning, Wellbeing, and Career.

As part of the Division of Student Success, this role will collaborate with UTK’s faculty and other campus partners to build upon a strong foundation and support this critical campus initiative, as shared in the provost’s video message.
