Faculty Success

Led by the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs Veerle Keppens, the Division of Faculty Affairs is a unit within the Office of the Provost that promotes a productive, respectful, and collaborative work environment to attract and retain high-caliber faculty, academic staff, and leaders at UT.

The Division of Faculty Affairs oversees the implementation and review of all policies related to the typical faculty life cycle, from recruitment to phased retirement. The division offers a wide array of programming, workshops, institutes, and social and networking events that serve faculty at all stages of their careers. Additionally, it works with academic units across campus to promote existing faculty development activities or identify new opportunities.
