The Faculty Handbook summarizes university policies, guidelines, services, and resources. When the Board of Trustees or another authorized body changes official policies or procedures, the changes take effect on the specified date and override any conflicting provisions in the handbook. The university notifies department and college offices of these changes. Faculty should direct questions about a specific policy or issue to the department administrator, human resources representative, vice provost for faculty affairs, or chief business officer.
