The minimum graduate student stipends for Fiscal Year 2027 have been posted.
- $28,134 is the FY27 minimum stipend for all nine-month, 50 percent graduate assistants, graduate teaching assistants, graduate teaching associates, graduate research assistants, and graduate research associates.
- $37,512 is the FY27 minimum stipend for all 12-month, 50 percent graduate assistants, graduate teaching assistants, graduate teaching associates, graduate research assistants, and graduate research associates.
Minimum stipends are prorated for positions that are less than 50 percent time. Stipends are based on the living expenses in UT’s estimated graduate student budget.
