The SEC Academic Leadership Development Program (SEC ALDP) develops the next generation of academic leaders within the SEC. It supports faculty and early career administrators by providing opportunities to explore the goals, challenges, and rewards of academic leadership. Through SEC-wide workshops and campus-based programming, fellows gain insights and skills from current SEC administrators who share their experiences.
