First Year Faculty Mentoring Groups

Your first year as a new faculty member can be an overwhelming experience!  The UTK First Year Faculty Mentoring Groups program is designed to connect you with other new faculty members from across campus to discuss your experiences as a new faculty member, learn more about how to approach and navigate your new role, and discover campus resources that can help you succeed.

You will be part of a group of 4-5 other new faculty and your group will be led by an experienced UTK faculty member. Groups will meet monthly at a common location on campus throughout the fall semester.
